Once you have a ride confirmation, be at the lobby (for Home to Airport service) or Airport pick up location (for Airport to Home service) at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time.
To access your boarding pass, go to Menu > Manage Rides or simply tap on the notifications.
You will be able to track the location of the vehicle 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time on your ride ticket.
Once the vehicle has arrived, open your boarding pass and swipe on the bar when it is enabled (turns dark).
You will see your boarding code which matches your Vehicle ID. Show this code and present to the driver for verification.
Notifications for your drop off will prompt you when you are reaching your destination.
