1) Our system adheres to strict maximum duration times to ensure all passengers get home fast, we may have calculated that your journey would take too long.
2) There are limited seats and vehicles available, due to overwhelming demands.
3) Vehicle may have broken down, we wouldn’t want you to wait too long. Please check your application for any updates.
